Or from conversations with the same guys who also learned about it... from the Internet 😅Today, the web is both a treasure trove of knowledge and a source of myths. As a sexologist, I see this every day.Here's how it is:🔸 Pros of the Internet:Access to information - fast, free, convenientYou can find really useful resources, learn about physiology, desires, boundaries, pleasurePeople start talking about sex openly - it's cool and important🔸 But there are also cons:Pornography often creates unrealistic expectations (sizes, roles, "shoulds")A lot of fake "advice" that has nothing to do with realityMen start comparing themselves to screen images and feel guilty, anxious or "incompetent"💬 What to do?Be critical. Learn to filter. And if you want to understand more deeply - you can read sexologists (yes, people like me), ask questions, and get to know yourself for real.Sexology is not a "science about women" or "how to become an alpha".
