My Doctor informed me it’s most likely a hydrocele (fluid build up) no cause for alarm except that I need to drink more water & not jerk off way too often without replenishing fluids. They are still doing an ultra sound Tuesday just to be 100% but insisted to not worry about & that everything looks normal 😮💨
