I abused my body quite a bit when I was young through various gymnastics and taekwondo. It finally started to catch up with me into my 20's and a recent addition of yoga into my routine has been proving itself as an incredible way to gain my flexibility back! @ccflight has done yoga years and I asked her to give me a lesson on the beach 🧘♀️ I think we can all agree yoga is better naked, regardless if we're the only ones there with our clothes off 😋 (Special appearance by my camera man's finger, lol sorry!)
