This morning's HIIT for legs exercises. The progression was 60, 45, 30, 15 seconds with a tiny little transition between each move (first video), 3 times through. Then came each move, 30 seconds each, no break until after all 4 exercises were complete (last video), two times through. Does that make sense?

I'm getting stronger.💪 This workout came after my primal yoga workout, which literally drained me. I had to wait for at least a half hour before I felt enough energy to attempt this workout.
