

Super honest post. I’m really trying to tone up my lower half. Running has helped immensely, but I still have so much to work on. HOWEVER, I appreciate this body so fucking much. What a long way she’s come. Imperfectly perfect, and I love every bit of her. If anyone has any tips or lower body workout routines, super open to ideas. I’ve done HIIT workouts and everything FYI so, familiar with a lot of moves. Currently doing a 50 squat a day challenge for the American Cancer Society. Let’s get this ass TIGHT. Lol.
